Ladders seeks a Director, Actuarial Services - Remote to lead actuarial support for Medicare value-based arrangements, focusing on forecasting, financial terms, and risk management. Qualifications

• ASA certification is required.
• 7+ years actuarial experience in healthcare analytics.
• 3+ years experience with Medicare value-based arrangements and MA products.
• 2+ years managing actuarial analysts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the actuarial lead for Medicare ACO programs, guiding forecasting and decision-making.
• Develop and manage actuarial models and forecasts for Medicare value-based arrangements.
• Recommend financial terms for risk management in contracts.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and performance tracking with actuarial expertise.
• Drive innovation through AI and predictive modeling in actuarial processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost-saving opportunities.
