Qualifications

• ASA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the actuarial lead for Medicare ACO programs, guiding forecasting and decision-making.
• Develop and manage actuarial models and forecasts for Medicare value-based arrangements.
• Recommend financial terms for risk management in contracts.

• Support contract negotiations and performance tracking with actuarial expertise.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Actuarial Services - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead actuarial support for Medicare value-based arrangements, with a strong focus on forecasting, financial terms, and risk management. The director will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex analytics into actionable strategies that improve decision‑making and support contract performance. The position also includes oversight of actuarial analysts and the use of AI, predictive modeling, and data‑driven insights to strengthen actuarial processes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,600 – $230,800 annually

Responsibilities
