Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty is seeking a Director, Medical Relations to lead scientific communication with US healthcare providers and elevate the brand science for CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy. This remote, field-based role focuses on pediatricians, dermatology NPs, and PAs, translating data into education and advancing OTC skin care standards.

You will drive IITs, build KOL partnerships, and shape medical strategy while collaborating with Marketing, R&I, and Scientific Affairs.

Qualifications

Education: Advanced Clinical or Science degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, NP, or PA) required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-degree clinical practice or relevant transferable experience (clinical research, academic, or regulatory).
Experience: At least 1 year within a Medical Affairs organization, with preference for Dermatology or Oncology.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison to US HCPs and establish the scientific authority of CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy.
Translate complex clinical data into impactful educational strategies and drive investigator-initiated research.
Foster high-level KOL relationships and manage regional speaker bureaus to support OTC dermatology initiatives.
