Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years in pharma/biotech/medical aesthetics with 5+ years bridging medical affairs and marketing.
• Deep understanding of aesthetic dermatology and skincare science.
• Exceptional public speaking and clear written communication for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of data-driven medical marketing for physician channels.
• Coordinate between R&D, Medical Affairs, and Brand Marketing to shape positioning.
• Cultivate KOL relationships and translate clinical insights into messaging.
• Oversee medical content for decks, modules, and congress materials.
• Drive launch strategies and monitor market competitive intelligence.
• Travel to congresses and events up to 20%.
