Job summary

Preferred Travel Group is seeking a Director to lead Calliope Collective, our luxury hospitality sales representation service for independent hotels, villas, yachts, and DMCs. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on sales, relationship-building with luxury travel advisors, and portfolio growth.

You will develop sales strategies, manage multiple client engagements, escort partners on roadshows and fam trips, and represent Calliope at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or travel sales.
• On-property or multi-hotel portfolio sales experience.
• Strong relationships within luxury travel advisor and agency communities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate performance data into action.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner and primary relationship lead for an assigned portfolio of luxury hospitality clients.
• Build relationships with influential luxury travel advisors and decision makers.
• Represent client stories in market through roadshows and organised events.
• Plan, organize and escort travel advisors on FAM trips.
• Identify and target travel agency accounts with revenue potential for Calliope clients.
• Contribute to Calliope strategies and conduct webinars on behalf of clients.
