ImpactAssets is seeking a Director of Events & Sponsorships to shape how the organization presents itself through luxury and impact-focused events. The role blends strategic leadership (about 30%) with hands-on execution (about 70%), coordinating client, prospect, and partner experiences that align with mission.

The position is full-time and remote, with travel up to 25% and collaboration with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years hands-on luxury/private events experience.
• Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business or related field.
• CMP, DES, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience planning events for UHNWIs, family offices, foundations, or corporations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define end-to-end event portfolio aligned with growth and brand.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on events.
• Plan internal in-person events including all-hands and offsites.
• Plan and execute in-person Board meetings.
• Source top-tier vendors and venues nationwide.
• Design agendas and speaker strategies.
• Plan narratives and formats for priority audiences.
• Create comprehensive event plans including logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Lead messaging and event flow of both in-person and virtual events.
• Manage sponsorships and industry engagements.
