Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks an IT Audit Director – Cyber, AI and Cloud in the DC metro area (Washington, DC or Reston, VA) with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). You will lead audits of AI, cyber security, IT governance, resiliency and cloud platforms, owning planning, execution and reporting while mentoring the team.

You bring 8+ years in IT Audit or IT Risk, deep cyber/AI/cloud expertise, strong PM skills, coaching ability, and excellent communication; relocation within DC metro is

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or Information Security.
• Expert knowledge of cyber security, AI, or cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS).
• Strong project management skills.
• Coaching and providing feedback to audit staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data analytics: visualize data sets; Python and related libraries.
• AI knowledge and experience auditing AI solutions.
• Curiosity and adaptability in applying new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee audits in AI, cyber security, resiliency, and cloud environments.
• Identify risks and adapt audit plans to emerging IT risks.
• Develop annual Audit plans and prioritize top risks.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of IT Auditors with coaching and direction.
• Hands-on testing of highly complex topics with focus on high-risk areas.
• Create viewpoints on top risks and communicate insights to partners.
• Mentor junior staff and share internal audit knowledge.
• Innovate data analytics, automation, and AI for testing.
