Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Director of Inventory Procurement and Distribution to lead all warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution for the national network. You will be accountable for operational excellence, accuracy, cost performance, and team development as part of the Supply Chain leadership reporting to the VP.

This role requires deep experience in inventory control, vendor partnerships, and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience scaling distribution in high-growth retail, ecommerce, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI development and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse operations across Framebridge distribution sites with safe, cost-effective execution.
• Lead inventory strategy including cycle counts, shrink reduction, and reconciliation.
• Direct outbound distribution, carrier relationships, routing optimization, and last-mile coordination.
