• Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, business operations, transformation, analytics, consulting, program management, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Strategy, Organizational Leadership, Operations, Management, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading strategic planning, governance, prioritization, performance management, or execution-management initiatives.
• Strong track record supporting senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Experience managing strategic portfolios, integrated roadmaps, organizational priorities, and performance management frameworks.
• Experience leading transformation, operating model, organizational effectiveness, or change initiatives.
• Experience working within matrixed organizations and global operating models.
• Experience managing executive communications, performance reporting, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, portfolio management, and organizational performance for the Intelligence Planning & Execution organization.
• Own strategic planning, integrated portfolio management, organizational performance measurement, and governance.
• Ensure priorities, investments, resources, roadmaps, and initiatives remain aligned and delivered via a coordinated operating model.
• Serve as primary interface between the Decision Intelligence & Analytics Capabilities organization and senior leaders for capacity management and resource alignment.
• Collaborate across HYD, SPT, I&A partners to drive governance and execution across the portfolio.
