Lumanity is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Consulting to lead complex HEOR projects for US-based clients, shaping value evidence and HTA submissions.

You will direct teams, price and deliver multifaceted programs, and grow client relationships in a fast-evolving healthcare landscape. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution and thought leadership.

Ideal candidates bring deep HEOR expertise, life sciences or consulting background, and a commitment to DEI and client impact.

Competenze

• Significant experience in life science or consulting industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams to sell and deliver projects of significant size and scope.
• Deep expertise in an HEOR solution and ability to apply it with a commercially oriented mindset.
• Ability to price and execute profitable client engagements.
• Role models diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet client needs and contract specifications.

Mansioni

• Serve as strategic advisor & support US-based clients in early value strategy, HEOR services, and cost effectiveness models.
• Lead US HTA strategy, engagement, and technical submissions (ICER, AMCP, etc.).
• Drive post-approval product differentiation strategies and HEOR services.
• Develop client proposals and leverage networks to win engagements.
• Represent Lumanity in HEOR committees and contribute to white papers.
