Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Director of Global Accounts Payable (Virtual, US) to lead the AP function across regions and Shared Service Centers. This role manages cash flow, implements procure-to-pay controls, and standardizes processes with automation and technology.

The position supports the Midwest-flagged preference for remote US placement. The ideal candidate has extensive finance and accounting experience, strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a Bachelor’s degree in a

Qualifications

• Requires excellent Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, analytical skills, and strong communication and database skills.
• Extensive finance and accounting experience, audit/internal control knowledge; Sirva history is a plus.
• Must have strong drive to push change in a growing business and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated track record of improving/optimizing processes, managing working capital and cash flow; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Accounts Payable team, including development, training, recruitment and terminations.
• Drive continuous improvement of AP processes, focusing on automation and cost reduction.
• Manage intercompany communications, vendor payments, and cash flow management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain AP systems, procedures, and policies.
• Oversee outsourced AP team performance and global T&E reporting.
