Job summary

Casa Central is seeking a Director of Advancement in Chicago to lead fundraising, marketing, communications, and volunteer engagement in support of the agency’s mission and strategic goals. You will oversee donor relations, moves management, and data analytics within Raiser's Edge, while partnering with program staff, senior management, and the Board.

The role requires building strategic partnerships, managing grants, and directing campaigns and events to grow resources and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced fund development and leadership.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor CRM is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive fundraising plan across individuals, foundations, corporations, and government grants.
• Oversee donor stewardship, moves management, and analytics to drive growth.
• Manage and mentor the Advancement team, ELAB, and volunteer initiatives in partnership with the Board.
• Oversee marketing, communications, events, and donor engagement to expand resources.
