The role links market intelligence with capabilities to identify where to invest and what products the market needs for long-term growth.

As a member of the ECRS leadership team, you’ll translate insights into portfolio priorities, develop business cases, and engage OEMs and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• 10+ years in aerospace, aviation aftermarket, MRO, or product strategy.
• Strong understanding of engine fleets and aftermarket dynamics.

• Lead NPI strategy across Aero, Power, Military, and APU platforms.
• Translate market insights into portfolio priorities and growth strategies.
• Develop business cases and engage OEMs and operators.
• Partner across functions to move opportunities from concept to market.
• Monitor market, fleet, and portfolio performance for alignment.
• Provide senior leadership with recommendations on opportunities and investments.
