Job summary
Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Director, Fleet NPI Strategy to shape and execute the New Product Introduction strategy across multiple engine platforms. This executive-level role will align market intelligence, fleet trends, and customer needs with Chromalloy's capabilities to identify opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of aerospace/aviation aftermarket, gas turbines, MRO, product strategy, NPI experience.
- Strong understanding of engine and fleet lifecycles and aftermarket demand.
- Experience developing market intelligence and translating insights into strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the NPI strategy across Aero, Power Generation, Military, and APU platforms.
- Develop market intel on OEM product strategies, engine platforms, and aftermarket trends.
- Build business cases for new capabilities, products, and investments.
- Translate market insights into clear portfolio priorities and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering, ECOE, ECRS sites, and MARCOM to move opportunities from concept to market.
- Monitor market and portfolio performance to keep priorities aligned.
