Ethos is seeking a Director of Environmental Compliance to help train its latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, and regulatory reporting across core workflows.

This fully remote, flexible engagement offers a rate of $90 per hour, with 5 to 20 hours per week and an ASAP start. You will review data and craft high-quality reports while contributing to model training and maintaining

Formación

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting.
• Interpreting field/lab data (species counts, water/soil chemistry, emissions) into technical reports.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Train AI on environmental documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop workflow templates for impact assessments and regulatory submissions.
• Review and refine AI-generated environmental reports and data sheets.
• Collaborate with ecological and regulatory experts to ensure accuracy.
