Job summary

Ethos is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to train and refine AI-generated documents across environmental workflows. The role requires 4+ years in ecological research, environmental consulting, or applied biology, and a track record of turning field and lab data into clear regulatory reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data such as species counts, water and soil chemistry, or emissions readings and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core environmental workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in drafted materials.
• Support environmental impact reports, habitat summaries, water/soil data sheets, permit submissions, field study protocols, and remediation proposals.
