Job summary

Veralto is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise strategic programs in a federated, multi-company IT environment. Based remotely in the U.S., you will build program governance, oversee global ERP initiatives, and align OpCo efforts with Veralto’s strategic objectives.

Travel up to 10-20% may be required as the role interlocks with executives and operating companies. You will partner across business, IT, and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes, establish governance, and report

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex cross-functional programs (global ERP spanning IT, Operations, Finance) or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience navigating federated, decentralized organizations at a global scale.
• Proven ability to establish pragmatic governance PMO structures, reporting cadences, and execution rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs with operating company leadership.
• Advise OpCo leadership to align local ERP transformations with global Veralto objectives and Veralto Enterprise System (VES).
• Establish light-touch governance, reporting cadences, and escalation mechanisms while respecting OpCo autonomy.
• Provide visibility into program health, risks, and execution performance; drive cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate with consulting firms and service providers to ensure delivery against commitments and budgets.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
