Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Director, Program Management to drive strategic leadership and end-to-end execution of a major enterprise program. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to translate contracts and objectives into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive program or leadership experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic direction, governance, and success measures for the program.
• Serve as a senior partner to external and internal leadership with transparency and sound judgment.
• Represent the enterprise in external stakeholder engagements balancing commitments with objectives.
• Lead governance, steering, reviews, and escalation mechanisms to ensure alignment.
• Maintain executive oversight of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and contractual commitments.
