You will guide a team, set standards for content production, and drive scalable storytelling that aligns with corporate strategy across channels.

The role focuses on content development, digital enablement, and analytics, collaborating with Corporate Communications for distribution and ensuring consistency in voice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in content, editorial, or digital communications.
• Experience leading teams and high-volume content delivery in a complex organization.
• Strong editorial and content development skills across formats.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible content.
• Experience with content platforms, workflow tools, and AI tools.
• Strong organizational and operational leadership skills.
• Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Enterprise storytelling and content leadership across formats.
• Translate enterprise messaging into clear, compelling content.
• Develop modular content for reuse, adaptation and personalization.
• Maintain consistent voice, tone and storytelling across outputs.
• Lead and develop a team of content creators and editors.
• Oversee end-to-end development of content deliverables.
• Own content production workflows and optimize efficiency.
• Partner with Brand for alignment in voice and visual identity.
• Track content performance and drive continuous improvement.
