Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Director of Product – Endpoint Detection & Response to drive the EDR product to market. You will partner with R&D, UX, sales engineering and customer success to translate strategic goals into actionable deliverables.

The role requires a strong background in endpoint security, SaaS products, and exceptional cross-time-zone collaboration. Remote-USA, Remote-Canada or hybrid US/Canada locations are supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a technical or product role.
• Experience working with global teams, offshore environments
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across time zones

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Endpoint Detection and Response in alignment with the company roadmap and go-to-market objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with engineering leaders, UX leaders, and sales engineering teams to inform priorities
• Work with Customer SOC to deliver value to customers and partners
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to deliver cross product and cross business unit deliverables
• Own backlog prioritization for engineering teams
• Drive operational needs within your area of the team
• Collaborate with UX to center user experience in each release
• Translate high-level goals into detailed requirements and deliverables
• Analyze product performance and identify optimization opportunities
