Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Director of Product Management for Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR). Remote-USA/Canada and hybrid San Antonio, Eden Prairie, or Waterloo options are available.

You will drive product strategy, own backlog, and align with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver a market-leading EDR solution. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders across time zones, and shape the next generation of Arctic Wolf’s endpoint security offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a technical or product role.
• Experience working with global teams, offshore environments is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with SaaS or cybersecurity products is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Endpoint Detection and Response.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on initiatives.
• Own backlog prioritization and translate goals into actionable deliverables.
• Partner with UX to ensure user-centered design across releases.
