Job summary

Project Evident seeks a Director, Education Agency Practice to lead engagements with state and local education agencies, nonprofits, and funders. You will design MEL frameworks, manage client relationships, and guide teams to deliver measurable improvements.

The role blends strategy, data analysis, and business development, with oversight across operations and growth initiatives. The position is remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in education, nonprofit, or consulting.
• 7+ years of management experience including project management.
• Proven business development and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with on-time, on-budget delivery and high NPS.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Design MEL work: logic models, KPI systems, mixed-methods.
• Direct data analysis, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and reporting.
• Coach and supervise Associates and Senior Associates.
