USAA is redefining financial security for military families through innovative product development. As the Product Development Director for Dwelling Modernization, you will lead end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation to market launch, ensuring compliance, performance, and member value across a digital-first portfolio.

This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional travel; on-site presence may be required for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of related education/experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent military experience.
• Extensive experience in developing, deploying and supporting products.
• Experience with agile product development and PDLC.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and launch of new digital-first products and features.
• Maintain knowledge of business and underwriting performance for products in scope.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust product rules, rates and forms.
• Develop recommendations to buy/build or ally for product lines.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Risk Management to ensure regulatory alignment.
