Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. seeks a Director, Cybersecurity GRC to lead governance, risk, and compliance across the firm's cybersecurity program. You will own IS GRC initiatives, coordinate audits, and align with legal and executive leadership to advance security posture.

In this senior role, you will manage a team, partner with CTO/CISO, and drive strategic planning, policy development, and incident response readiness while supporting business growth and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience.
• Experience with GRC platforms and audits.
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IS GRC, governance, risk, compliance, and audit support.
• Oversee IS GRC standards, procedures, and toolsets.
• Coordinate risk assessments and controls design.
• Ensure client audits, RFPs, and regulatory reviews.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
• Mentor and manage Cybersecurity GRC team.
• Define strategic roadmaps and DR/BCP alignment.
