Job summary

Momentive Software seeks a seasoned Director of Cybersecurity GRC to lead governance, risk, and compliance across the organization. The role partners with the CISO and spans ISMS, policy development, and client audit support to enable growth and responsible risk management.

Responsibilities include driving the GRC program, coordinating with Legal on cyber terms, and guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or GRC programs.
• Leadership experience in a cyber/IT governance context.
• Experience with client audits, RFP responses, and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead IS GRC program including governance, risk, compliance, and audit support.
• Oversee ISMS governance and policy development across the firm.
• Coordinate with Legal on contract terms and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with CSIRT, Cybersecurity Ops, and IT to align controls and auditable processes.
• Drive strategic planning and roadmap for cybersecurity governance initiatives.
