Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks a Director of Clinical Systems Operations (Pharmacy) to oversee the development, implementation, and operation of clinical systems across pharmacy programs. You will coordinate workflows, manage communications and vendor activities, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role is remote with Eastern/Central hours, leading a team of 11 and directing 50+ clinical program workflows. Expect 8M+ annual volume and involvement in IT partnerships and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applications, project management, or implementation experience.
• Previous management experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
• Prior ownership of clinical applications and clinical systems operations leadership, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and operation of clinical systems and programs to support pharmacy initiatives.
• Provide direction to business functions to ensure systems meet expectations and standard processes.
• Evaluate system performance and implement improvements.
• Oversee upgrades, vendor activities, regulatory reporting, and UAT in partnership with IT.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
