This role develops scalable supervision standards, supervisor training pathways, and outcomes-informed development practices by partnering with Clinical Practice, Measurement-Based Care, Clinical Operations, Learning & Development, Research, and clinical leadership. The role is expected to make recommendations regarding supervision models, competency frameworks, training priorities, clinical development resources, and performance improvement approaches. Decisions involving enterprise risk, material operational change, budget commitments, or policy-level implications are escalated to senior leadership as appropriate.**Supervisory Responsibilities**This role may directly supervise team members, contractors, or matrixed contributors as the clinical supervision and practice development function evolves.
