Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Director to provide oversight and support for psychotherapy clinicians. The role partners with the Practice Group Manager to implement clinical strategy, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing clinician development, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

The position manages clinical integrity, risk, and KPI reporting, while driving quality improvements and maintaining a collaborative, values-driven culture across the state leadership

Qualifications

• MA degree in a clinical field and an active license.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience with supervising clinicians.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and strategy alignment for psychotherapy teams.
• Lead onboarding, coaching and supervision of clinicians to ensure best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinician recruitment, interviews and hiring decisions.
• Promote a positive culture and professional development across the team.
