Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
• Eight years of progressive management experience in clinical research operations.
• Five years of progressive experience related to research finance/billing compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of CMS billing rules and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, scheduling, supervision, retention, and evaluation of Clinical Research Billing staff.
• Provide development, coaching, and performance feedback to staff; manage department meetings and rounds.
• Lead department process improvements and promote effective teamwork across departments.
• Meet or exceed department and system metrics for engagement and performance.
• Lead a Clinical Research Billing Committee with cross-functional representation.
• Oversee revenue cycle post-award activities including sponsor invoicing and budgeting.
