Jobgether is seeking a Director, Capital Markets for a fully remote role within the United States. You will lead debt financing activities across project finance, construction loans, and corporate facilities, driving complex transactions from structure and modeling to negotiations and closing.

The role requires extensive experience in capital markets, strong collaboration with senior leadership, and the ability to manage relationships with banks, lenders, insurers, and advisers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in capital markets or debt financing.
• Experience with project finance and corporate credit facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead debt financing across project finance, construction loans, corporate credit facilities, and capital markets transactions.
• Structure, model, negotiate, document, and close deals from start to finish.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, banks, lenders, investors, rating agencies, and external legal advisers.
• Optimize capital structures to support growth and strategic investments in data center assets.
