UHY-US is seeking a Director of Capital Markets to lead global debt capital markets and project finance initiatives with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and external financial relationships. The role is hybrid with 4 days in office and reports to senior treasury leadership.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in capital markets, strong financial modeling, and the ability to guide complex financing transactions for multinational clients. MBA/CFA are preferred qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in capital markets, corporate treasury, project finance, or related.
• 1–2 years leading teams or cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of debt capital markets, project finance, and structuring.

Mansioni

• Lead global debt capital markets activities and related financings.
• Structure and execute project financing transactions with diverse facilities.
• Monitor market conditions and optimize financing strategies and timing.
• Develop capital structure optimization initiatives to reduce costs.
• Evaluate project economics, cash flows, and lender expectations.
• Coordinate lender and advisor relationships through all financing stages.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analyses for rate exposure and leverage.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Treasury, FP&A, M&A, IR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and business teams.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, rating agencies, and external advisors.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and treasury integration activities.
• Execute bridge, acquisition, and incremental debt strategies as needed.
• Partner with business units to align financing with liquidity and strategic goals.
