Together Computer Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Debt Capital Markets to partner with the CFO and executives.

You will lead debt financing initiatives, structure sophisticated financing, and manage critical lender relationships to enable the company's infrastructure growth. You will also drive legal negotiations and collaborate across Finance, Legal, GTM, Engineering, and Product to execute financing plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investing or debt capital markets experience at a PE firm or investment bank.
• Executive presence to build and manage relationships with lenders and financing advisors.
• Deep expertise in structured finance and debt capital markets with complex transactions.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute debt capital markets strategy to support infrastructure growth.
• Build and expand relationships with lenders, financing advisors and other capital providers.
• Drive end-to-end financing processes, including outreach, materials, due diligence, negotiations, and structuring.
• Negotiate credit agreements and term sheets with legal counsel and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, GTM, Engineering, and Product to enable financing-driven growth.
• Assist with other strategic finance initiatives to impact the business.
