Ford Motor Company is seeking a Director, AI Program Management, OS, System & Data to lead governance, stage-gate criteria and value realization across a multi‑year AI portfolio. You will run cross‑functional councils, set the operating rhythm, and coach bets toward green while partnering with Finance on benefits realization and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-scale governance experience.
• Ability to set stage-gate criteria and delivery standards.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional councils with legal, HR, finance and technical stakeholders.
• Track record building operating cadences and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own AI governance standards, stage-gate criteria, delivery expectations, value realization and coaching to drive portfolio progress.
• Run executive councils and ensure alignment across OGC, HR, Finance, Product, Engineering and GDIA.
• Own operating rhythm for the AI Portfolio including forums, owners, review calendar and executive filings.
• Oversee delivery of Enterprise and Functional AI Bets to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Manage cross-bet dependencies and remove barriers to delivery, stepping in when blockers occur.
• Maintain recovery plans and hold bets accountable to the plan.
• Co-own Finance validation standards and benefits realization with Finance.
• Escalate when value/delivery commitments aren’t met and drive corrective action.
