Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, sponsor large-scale process redesign, and establish governance and benefit realization frameworks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in AI or business transformation preferred.
• Experience shaping enterprise strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise or business unit–wide transformation programs aligned with objectives.
• Shapes transformation strategy and translates priorities into roadmaps.
• Sponsors AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement.
• Partners with VPs and executives to align priorities and outcomes.
• Establishes governance, metrics, and benefit realization frameworks.
• Drives data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensures outcomes are embedded into operating models.
• Acts as trusted advisor with executive presence.
