Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience at a law firm and an entertainment/media company.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology/commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting skills balancing legal protections with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, review and negotiate a range of advertising agreements.
• Provide strategic guidance to internal clients on contracts.
