Responsibilities

• Accurately enter vendor expenses from the Direct Marketing Invoice Tracking sheet into the CRM to support ROI tracking.
• Create CRM mass updates to attribute appeal outreach (email, text, print) for UVA and affiliated schools and programs.
• Record inbound donor inquiries from the UVA Annual Giving inbox, recording them in a centralized spreadsheet, accurately tracking giving, ID, and routing of requests.
• Upload marketing proofs to the Advancement Community Marketing calendar.
• Maintain inventory of all items from premium campaigns (socks, keychains, etc.).
• Other duties assisting the Direct Marketing team may be assigned, as needed.
