Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an IB-CHE/PMDT Developer to map, analyze, and plan digital transformations across the Submarine Industrial Base.

You will build sites on Gov Cloud, integrate APIs, and deliver dashboards and insights to government stakeholders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely. You must obtain a DoW Secret clearance, hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, and bring data science, Industry 4.0, and web development expertise to drive mission-critical solutions for national

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and DoW Secret clearance eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for web development.
• Experience with back-end languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails or Node.js.
• Familiarity with Git and cloud-based government hosting environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and update websites on Gov Cloud using modern web standards.
• Connect back-end services and APIs to Gov Cloud databases.
• Optimize performance for fast loading, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, test, and document programs; deliver data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, front-end developers and product owners.
