Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Digital Engineer / MBSE Analyst to support digital-twin development and MBSE integration across complex programs. You will shape architectures, model-based artifacts, and system behaviors to ensure interoperability and verifiable outcomes.

This role requires strong MBSE expertise and ability to travel up to 25% to engage stakeholders. Qualifications include an associate or higher degree with 5–7+ years in systems engineering, MBSE tooling proficiency, and active Top Secret

Qualifications

• Requires MBSE in complex system environments.
• Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• MBSE experience across full system lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution of digital-twin efforts.
• Develop MBSE concepts, architectures, and roadmaps with engineering teams.
• Adapt Peraton Labs’ AI and digital-twin capabilities to project needs.
• Derive component-level requirements from operational goals and system behavior.
• Ensure model interoperability, data exchange, fidelity, and integration guidance.
• Collaborate with data, AI/ML, software, and systems engineering teams on data and models.
• Identify risks, dependencies, sequencing, and capability gaps in digital-twin development.
• Ensure alignment with Model-Based Systems Engineering practices and CTO analytics initiatives.
