Job summary

Detecon is seeking a co-designer of Digital Transformation to advise national and international clients, particularly in CIO and CTO domains, together with experienced colleagues.

You will analyze IT strategies, target operating models, and enterprise architectures, and support their implementation across management levels, with a strong emphasis on practical delivery and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or another STEM field with a business focus.
• Experience in management and strategy consulting through internships.
• Business fluency in German and English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Advise national and international clients in CIO/CTO domains with a team.
• Analyze IT strategies, operating models, architectures and support implementations.
• Drive teams and clients forward with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Operate in complex business environments with open, communicative collaboration.
