Job summary

A2 is seeking a Digital and Systems Manager to build and maintain our technology stack, including CRM, websites, and collaboration tools. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based role that partners with the COO to enhance operational systems and digital processes for growth.

You will architect integrations, manage data security, and provide training while supporting IT needs across the organization, with a focus on climate justice and community empowerment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in coding and scripting for automations using JavaScript, Python, or R.
• Experience managing CRMs and project management software.
• Website maintenance and domain transitions experience.
• Security, IT governance, data management knowledge.
• Climate/environmental justice mission alignment and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable platform solutions with API integrations.
• Manage identity and access via Okta, Google Workspace, and 1Password.
• Optimize CRMs (Airtable, EveryAction, Softr.io) and ClickUp to boost efficiency.
• Develop training materials and SOPs to support tech adoption.
• Oversee data governance, analytics and reporting.
