Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Digital Solutions Business Analyst for Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to support the Adaptive Program Management Technologies team. This early career role offers exposure to PMIS platforms such as e-Builder, Kahua, Procore, InEight, and other technologies, with flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, or on-site options.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• MS Office including Visio and MS Project experience.
• 10–25% travel may be required depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external teams to document as-is processes and performance metrics.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision making.
• Support evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies (automation, analytics, AI).
• Translate requirements into system configurations, workflows and reports.
