What You'll Achieve :

• Engage with Qualified Leads : Respond to inbound leads, conduct virtual consultations (phone and video), and build rapport with families seeking life insurance solutions.
• Schedule a virtual consultation with new clients daily.

Provide Expert Advice :

• Analyze client needs and present tailored solutions (IULs, annuities, life insurance) that provide security.

Close Sales & Build Relationships :

• Effectively present solutions, close sales, and cultivate lifelong client relationships.

Protect Families :

• Write applications with a target of $2,000-$10,000+ in Annual Premium Volume (APV) weekly. (Annual Premium Volume is the total yearly cost of the insurance policy).
• Pursue agency building with dedicated mentorship and advanced training.

Ideal Candidate :

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with CRM, video conferencing, and online quoting platforms.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and uphold high ethical standards.
• Active Life Insurance License (in your state of residence) or the ability to obtain one quickly.
• Ability to pass a background check.
