Job summary

ITCON Services is seeking a detail-oriented Web Content, Accessibility, and Code Quality Assurance Specialist to support accessible web content and application code. You will help ensure updates are accurate, high quality, secure, and compliant with Section 508 and accessibility standards.

You will mentor junior staff, own assigned tasks, and support content updates across SharePoint and related platforms. This full-time role is based in Vienna, VA with eligibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience writing for the web with research, drafting, editing and publishing for public-facing or federal websites.
• Knowledge of web accessibility requirements and Section 508 compliance.
• Experience with content governance, publishing workflows, and content updates.

Responsibilities

• Support accessibility testing and QA for web content and code updates.
• Review and publish content with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to remediate issues.
