Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX company, is seeking a remote MES Business Analyst to support Digital MES and SAP ERP integrations. You will design, develop, and implement MES solutions within the COE and collaborate with internal ops customers across sites worldwide.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into functional specs, enabling process improvements, and working within an Agile DevOps environment. Occasional travel and flexible hours to accommodate time zones are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in CS, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
3+ years MES discipline experience including process planning and work order execution preferred.
Ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications and explain concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality and capabilities.
Translate customer requirements into solution design and author functional specs.
Support end-to-end MES solutions and integration with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.
