Ascension Press seeks a Digital Media Product Manager to shepherd media offerings from concept to publication. You will lead ideation, production, and packaging while ensuring alignment with Catholic mission and digital performance.

The role collaborates with producers, editors, and on-screen talent to grow audience engagement, balancing vision with data-driven decisions and strong project management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Media, Communications, Marketing, Production, or a related field.
• 5+ years of video product management or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of and experience in video production.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, YouTube Analytics, Klaviyo.
• Proven ability to drive projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead content brainstorming sessions and translate insights into video concepts.
• Own media offerings from concept through publication with clear vision.
• Coordinate shoots, timelines, and creative direction with producers.
• Oversee production workflows and ensure timely delivery across projects.
• Shape final videos with editors and optimize packaging for CTR.
• Communicate expectations and guide talent, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform future content and growth.
