Job summary

Fix-It Group is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to manage the technical components powering lead capture, tracking, and territory alignment across our home services brands.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology, you will support integrations for new brands, maintain automation and documentation, and ensure accurate data and territory mappings. This is an implementation and operations role focused on technical SEO execution and tag management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in marketing technology, digital operations, or technical marketing support.
• Hands-on experience with tag management systems and SEO-related tech.
• Experience with call tracking platforms and dynamic number insertion.
• Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and cross-platform conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of newly acquired brands into the marketing tech stack.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation for technical products.
• Own 301 redirects mapping and on-site schema implementation with SEO team.
• Manage tag implementation for third-party scripts and tracking pixels.
• Coordinate with website teams, SEO, paid media, and vendors to ensure data integrity.
