CARBO is seeking a Digital Marketer to join our remote marketing and sales team. You will design and execute campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook, manage influencers and sponsors, and analyze results to optimize performance.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays during emergencies and includes paid training before joining full-time. The position is fully remote with a path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with online marketing tools and campaigns (FB/GA/Google Ads)
• Ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Identify and manage influencers and sponsorships; track impact.
• Analyze campaign performance with analytics tools and generate reports.
• Create and manage content calendars and brand-aligned content.
• Design and run email and SMS marketing campaigns to boost engagement.
• Engage customers and measure satisfaction using feedback tools.
• Provide weekend/holiday support during emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with content and sales teams to scale growth.
• Continuously learn and apply new marketing trends and tools.
