ManpowerGroup in the United States is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to maintain and enhance our digital tools and platforms, with a focus on HubSpot CRM and automation. The role emphasizes lead generation and candidate engagement across marketing channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize campaigns, build workflows, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership. This role is remote, with responsibilities spanning multiple marketing platforms and technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Knowledge of general marketing principles, tactics and best practices.
• Experience autonomously managing marketing projects and/or programs.
• Current HubSpot CRM and/or HubSpot Marketing Software Certification required.
• Experience administering HubSpot CRM, including workflows, email marketing, reporting, segmentation, and automation.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with marketing teams to assess current digital strategies and identify improvements.
• Evaluate performance metrics and discuss with leadership how to leverage digital tools to meet objectives.
• Review adoption and performance of marketing platforms and propose enhancements to drive engagement.
• Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, email nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and CRM automations.
• Ensure alignment of lead management processes, CRM usage, and marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
