DO Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing function and drive growth across multiple channels. You will develop strategy, manage a small team, and oversee initiatives spanning website content, SEO, email, social media, and campaigns.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be strategic and hands-on, capable of setting priorities, coaching team members, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, content management, or related field.
• Experience leading marketing, content, creative, or digital teams.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Experience with SEO, content optimization, analytics, CRM, email marketing systems.

• Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team with coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Translate company objectives into actionable marketing plans and projects.
• Manage workflows, deadlines, and quality standards for timely execution.

• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, and campaigns.
• Direct content, SEO, and digital campaigns to improve visibility and conversions.
• Oversee email marketing, social media content, and brand consistency across channels.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
