• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related fields with leadership experience.
• Experience creating integrated digital plans across web, email, and marketing automation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead integrated digital marketing plans across channels (email, web, marketing tech).
• Oversee website and email campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Lead the marketing tech ecosystem and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage marketing project management to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment.
• Ensure compliance with brand, privacy, and accessibility standards.
